Do I have to use helium to inflate my balloons?
You do not have to use helium to inflate any of our balloons, they can still look great hanging down from the ceiling or strung together as a banner. However, they won’t float by themselves so it really depends on the look you want to achieve.
Can I fill script balloons with helium?
The shape of our script balloons means they can only be air filled and helium cannot be used. The balloons have tabs that allow easy hanging as a banner.
How do I get confetti to stick to the sides of the balloon?
If you fill the balloon with only helium the confetti may just fall to the bottom of the balloon. We find adding a little air into the balloon helps get the confetti to stick to the sides. Creating static will also help so rubbing the balloon against your jumper will do the trick as well.
Why are my clear balloons not clear?
Clear balloons appear cream before they are inflated. They will also look a little cloudy if not inflated to the correct size. Make sure they are inflated to their full capacity then just leave a little time for the cloudiness to clear after inflation.
How much helium do I need?

How long before my party can I inflate my balloons?
We recommend you inflate as close to the time required as you can. Ideally on the same day. However, you absolutely can inflate your balloons the day before. Our advice would be to store them in a black plastic bag until you need them, as this will help keep them looking great.
