10pk contains:
Three diamond clear latex balloons filled with blue and white confetti,
Three white latex balloons,
Four blue latex balloons.
Suitable for inflation with or without Helium
After inflation, shake confetti balloons vigorously to separate contents.
Top tip: try rubbing the inflated confetti balloons on your clothing to create static. This will help the confetti stick to the sides.
